Antenatal class promotion in partnership with Birth Matters
In partnership with Julie Greatwood from Birth Matters when you book a Birth Matters antenatal class you will receive a photo shoot voucher with me! The voucher is for either a 1 hour Mini Newborn Photo Shoot, or, 10% off a full Newborn Photo Shoot.
A Mini Newborn Photo Shoot lasts for just one hour and is a scaled down version of the full Newborn Photo Shoot. This means that there are a select number of set ups and poses of the baby that I do, but with a Mini Photo Shoot no props or outfits are used. I will provide the wraps, props and back drops. The set ups for a Mini Shoot include pictures on a fluffy blanket, in parents hands, in a prop and parent shots - please note, there are no bean bag shots where the baby is posed on a blanket with a Mini Shoot. After the photo shoot you will receive 10 images to view in a secure online gallery, and from these you can choose four digital images (which you will receive on a memory stick) with matching 6x4 prints. If you wish to purchase additional digital images the cost is £25 per image.
Alternatively, you may wish to have a full Newborn Photo Shoot, which lasts 2-3 hours and includes a number of set ups and styles, and you get around 30 images to view in your gallery (edited in both colour and black and white), and with Birth Matters you will get a 10% discount off your final bill.
To book your antenatal course and receive your discount voucher, please visit www.birthmatters-bucks.co.uk for courses covering Marlow, High Wycombe, Cookham, Lane End and Bourne End.
Kate and Julie actively support the local Marlow based charity www.marlowopportunityplaygroup.org.uk/ - funding is given to the charity with every client who comes via Birth Matters to Kate McNeil Photography Ltd.

2. Photo shoot
Kate will endeavour to take all the photographs discussed. However, with babies this may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. However, Kate will get as close to the requirements as is possible on the day.
Kate cannot offer free or discounted re-shoots on the basis of client regret over wardrobe choice etc.
Should the client want to change their date for the photo shoot, this may be done by contacting Kate directly up to 3 days prior to the photo shoot. Photo shoots cannot be changed after this point unless for unforeseen circumstances i.e. illness.
Should the client require to re-arrange a photo shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, the client is allowed one event of rescheduling. However, please give Kate as much notice as possible. Also, please note there is no need to reschedule for minor skin blemishes as these can be rectified in Photoshop. The first rearrangement must be within 7 days of the original booked date, and this will be at no additional charge. If the rearrangement is more than 7 days later or if a second rearrangement is required the cost of the session fee will become payable at the current charges.
Should the client request to cancel their photo shoot, please note that it cannot be re-booked at a later date.
Should the client fail to attend their photo shoot, it cannot be re-arranged unless the photo shoot fee is paid in full. This will be at the current rate.
In the unlikely event that Kate has an emergency or is ill, Kate will rearrange the clients session. This will not count as one of the clients re-arranges in the point above.
3. Edit, viewing and product orders
Kate will review and select the best images from the photo shoot to be edited.
Final images will be loaded onto a secure password protected online gallery within two weeks of the photo shoot.
Images will be available to view online for one week.
Product sizes are approximate and final products may be very fractionally smaller or larger than the stated size.
Colour and brightness of final products will vary slightly from that displayed on monitors at home. This is due to most monitors and laptops varying in the way they display brightness and colour without being calibrated.
Pricing and products are subject to regular review and change. Re-order prices are those stated at the time of placing the order.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (payable to Kate McNeil) or (ideally) via bank transfer.
